Tuesday 8-9am 

Beginners yoga flow 


Wednesday 8.30am-9.45am 

A vinyasa flow to stretch out the body, improve strength, balance and flexibility. Ideal for the more experienced but can be adapted to beginners.


Thursday Morning 8am - 9am

A flow to improve balance, posture and alignment.


Friday 8.30-9.45am

A Morning restorative slow flow to set you up for the weekend.


Once a month Sunday session to help the body restore and the mind to find stillness. Please contact me for next class.
